ALICE GRECO

Born in Saronno (VA) on February 8th 1981.?
She has lived in contact with music since she was born, thanks to her father Pino Greco, a Rock DJ, who transferred his passion to his daughter with a lot of verve through "travel" stories of tours with bands like Deep Purple, endless lists of musicians, albums, secrets, memorable concerts in which he was featured in.?Even as a child she was already dancing and singing, understanding that this was what made her happy.?The first band was named SHADOWS (1995) in Tunisia, where she lived for five years; Shadows was a female trio performing covers, but mostly original tunes.?

In Tunisia she was featured in movies like "Une été à La Goulette" with famous actress Claudia Cardinale (1996),"Noces de Lune" by Taieb Louhichi (1997); she was also featured in an advertisements of a famous brand of soft drink that was aired during the period of Ramadan (1997) and in photo shoots for newspapers in the capital city (1997).

?Only after four years since she was back in Italy she started to taking voice lessons at School of Music "A. Toscanini" in Verbania with jazz vocal instructor, Angelica Boffetta. As a student of this school she also performed and attended at two workshops by Massimo Moriconi (who is one of the most lasting musicians of artists like Mina, Fabio Concato and Jazz greats). After her formal training she had private lessons with Stefano Sala.?In September 2010 she started her vocal journey with TVS Master Certified Instructor Alessandro Del Vecchio (Glenn Hughes, Ian Paice, Bobby Kimball, Steve Lukather, James LaBrie) at the Vocalist Studio, vocal technique used by famous singers like Chris Cornell, Geoff Tate, Ann Wilson, Layne Staley and many others. Her intensive training and commitment with Alessandro took her to a next level of vocality putting her among the best italian TVS Intensive Singers.?In March 2012, during the event "Dolomite 's Fire" in Madonna di Campiglio, she played with "SKYFALL" tribute band to Adele in the famous Piazza Sissi to the presence of numerous personalities of the italian TV Mediaset  ("Le Iene ", " Striscia la Notizia"...).

From July 2015, with Diego Gianfardoni, has been chosen to be a SCHERTLER's AMBASSADOR. In April 2016 they played at MUSIKMESSE (Frankfurt), one of largest music fair in the world held annually in Germany. ?July 1st 2016, Alice and Diego, are chosen to play at the 30th anniversary of GARDA COUNTRY GOLF, the most important golf club in Italy and third in Europe . ?On September 2016 she appears on RAI 2 (Italian TV) in the program "Detto Fatto", led by Caterina Balivo, in quality of lookalike Adele, changing hairstyling thanks to Stefano Bonomi, she spoke of herself, sang some songs of the famous British singer and after the airing of the episode she had a great success on all social networks (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram). After a year and a half from the broadcast, an extract of the episode in which she appears as a guest, remembering the highlights and exalting her singing qualities. ?In January 2018 she flies to the United States with Diego Gianfardoni for a series of performances scheduled at the "NAMM SHOW 2018" in Anaheim, Los Angeles (CA). Within the musical fair, considered one of the most important and prestigious in the world, they performed at the booth "Schertler" obtaining excellent support from those present.

?Currently she is the lead singer of "D-Soul" (Pop/Rock/Blues Acoustic Duo/Trio), "Janis'Tree" (Rock/Hard Rock/Funky), "Skyfall Adele Tribute" Europe's Leading Tribute to Adele and "Mad Groove and the Soul Doctors" (Funky, Soul, R'n'B)...yet managing to keep her collaborations with other musicians and bands always active and growing.?She has been touring in United States of America, Switzerland, Germany, Tunisia, Morocco, Romania, Menorca (Baleares) and Italy.?Vocal coach for private music's lessons.? ? ?

 

DIEGO GIANFARDONI

Start early studies of electric bass at 10 years old with Master Flavio Piantoni (New Trolls, Anna Oxa), after which he attended for five years the Novara’s Conservatory ”Guido Cantelli”(Italy) at the double bass class under the guidance of teachers Davide Botto, Emilio Benzi, Stefano Schiavolin, Piermario Murelli and Vincenzo Baldessarro.

From 2007 to 2008 is the official bassist of the Official JETHRO TULL’s Italian Tribute Band "Beggar's Farm" with whom she shared the stage on numerous occasions with CLIVE BUNKER (founding drummer of Jethro Tull), BERNARDO LANZETTI (Ex PFM singer), GEOFF WHITEHORN (Procol Harum, Jethro Tull, Paul McCartney, Roger Waters, The Who, Paul Rodgers) and MARCO MINNEMANN (Paul Gilbert, Steven Wilson, Eddie Jobson, Dream Theater, Joe Satriani).

In December 2007, after a great performance at Beggar's Farm’s concert, Marco Minnemann invited him, as a bassist-singer, to play during a clinic at the big music shop ”Merula” performing The Police repertoire.
In 2008 he founded "NO TIME”, a Sting’s (and his legendary trio) tribute band for the realization of children’s benefit concerts on behalf of the publishing house "De Agostini", with the participation of Marco Minnemann on drums twice.
In 2009, due to the good audience's response, they continue the tribute and had the occasion to collaborate with another great musician: MARKO DJORDJEVIC, an international drummer defined by the "Modern Drummer Magazine" one of the 10 best jazz drummers of the moment and teacher at the "The Collective" in New York.

In March 2012, at the annual "Dolomite's Fire" in Madonna di Campiglio (Italy) he played with “Skyfall -Adele Tribute-” in the famous Piazza Sissi to the presence of numerous personalities of the Mediaset Italian TV shows “LE IENE” and "STRISCIA LA NOTIZIA”.

Since July 2015, along with Alice Greco, he was chosen as SCHERTLER’S AMBASSADOR and, in April 2016, they played at MUSIKMESSE (Frankfurt), the most important music’s Expo in the world that hold every year in Germany.

July 1, 2016, Alice and Diego, are chosen to play at the 30th anniversary of GARDA COUNTRY GOLF, the most important golf courses in Italy and third in Europe.

In January 2018 he flies to the United States with Alice Greco for a series of performances scheduled at the "NAMM SHOW 2018" in Anaheim, Los Angeles (CA). He is the acoustic guitar/acoustic bass player and backing vocalist of “D-Soul” (acoustic pop-rock), bass player and backing vocalist of “Skyfall Adele Tribute” (Tribute to Adele), bass player and backing vocalist of “Janis’Tree” (Pop, Rock, Hard rock, Funky), bass player and backing vocals of “Mad Groove and the Soul Doctors” (Funky, Soul, R’n’B) and bass player and lead vocalist of “No Time” (Sting & The Police Tribute).
