Claudio Bellato


Claudio Bellato is a guitarist and composer. Graduated at the C.P.M. in Milan, in the 90 embarks on a solo path with acoustic guitar focused on the research and exploration of the multiple possibility expressive of the instrument. His professional career has numerous collaborations: in jazz, the project Evening Songs (culminated with the realization of namesake cd), a work based on original compositions and interpretations by various authors such as Evans, Monk, Jarret. In the theater with the sound and the musical supervision of many shows and then the live collaborations with many artists, among which we mention Bob Brozman and Gian Maria Testa.
Intense the teaching activity, as teacher in various music schools including the Louisiana jazz school and participation in major italian and international festivals dedicated to the acoustic guitar as CBE, Bruchsal Eurovision, International Acoustic Guitar Meeting in Sarzana and Madame Guitar of Udine.

His latest work is the cd Albanova, made with Officina Acustica Quartet in 2014.
